Season 2 is about the man on the move being a community leader and making a positive impact in his family and community across issues ranging from acting against abuse, to uplifting the community, to engaging youth in a positive experience.
Season one is all about the A-Z of wellbeing for the modern women and her family. We talk about topics ranging from allergies, to cancer, to mental wellbeing, relaxation, nutrition and exercise. The shows presented by a warm and dynamic women who embodies having Zest for Life, and is a mixture of presenter to camera and cutaways of graphics, animation and footage that relate to the episodic topics.
Zest For Life Season 2 is about women as leaders and we cover topics that will help women to empower those around them who may be dealing with abuse, addiction, learning disabilities, and psychological programmes. We consulted with a professional psychologist to guide each episode equipping our audience to recognise family and community issues and then equipped them to be able to deal with them.
Season three is about the woman as community leaders. This season empowers women to empower their communities by tackling topics such as helping the homeless, caring for the elderly, motivating the youth and uplifting the community in general. As always, the show is presented by a women who epitomises Zest for Life, and features cutaways to relevant graphics, animations, footage and images.
